Governing Law
By accessing the BDD website, you agree that Singapore law, including without limitation the provisions of the Singapore Evidence Act (Chapter 97) and the Electronic Transactions Act (No 25. of 1998), shall govern such access as well as the above terms and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
RELEASE
a) I consent to BDD use of my name, voice, photograph and/or likeness in photographs and/or audio or video recordings of the classes and/or events in which I participate. I agree that BDD shall be the sole owner of all right, title and interest in and to such photographs and recordings (including, without limitation, all worldwide copyrights therein), for all purposes, free from any claim whatsoever by me or any person deriving any right or interest from me. I further consent to BDD use for testimonial purposes of statements made by me during the classes and/or events or in any customer survey or correspondence subsequent to it.
b) I consent to BDD passing my personal details to external organizations for the purposes of hiring me for events or giving me a performance platform.
c) I acknowledge that BDD may receive remuneration for introducing me to an organization with whom I register as a client.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to the BDD website, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
