Bellydance Discovery is launching a series of Bellydance Fusion classes for everyone from March 2011. Now, you do not need any bellydance or any dance experience to join the class.

In Bellydance Fusion class, you enjoy the BEST of 2 styles of dancing instead of one. Its so much fun, lively and easy to learn. Now you can dance with your friends who does not bellydance but want to dance Korean Pop, Flamenco or Bollywood with a pinch of Bellydance techniques.

Belly Bolly

Learn the swiftness and sharpness of Bollywood dance moves and artistic framing (from Classical Indian Dance) with the sensuality & grace of bellydancing in the latest dance fusion – Belly Bolly. This ultimate combination of “Belly” and “Bolly” fuse the beauty of this Indian dance form with the sensuality of Bellydance. You will have fun dancing to the exciting beat of Bollywood music and sweat it off! No prior dance background required.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of body conditioning. It workouts on balancing and controlling of own body by focusing the core of the body – the abdomen, back and butt. This provides a strong foundation to work on the rest of the body, it improves on muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.

With combination of some Raqs Sharqi (aka Bellydance) movements or techniques. Belly Pilates is an overall body fitness, to create body awareness, lengthen muscles, improves posture, prevent injuries and to balance body and mind.

Belly Pilates is not a dancing class. It is purely an exercise class that integrates Pilates exercise methods and essence of Bellydance techniques.

Whether you are doing bellydancing or not into dance. Belly Pilates is a workout that strengthens and tone your body without leaving you feeling fatique.

In Belly Pilates class, participants are required to bring their own exercise mat and two medium size towels. Dress in comfortable exercise attire, eg. cotton shirts or pants. No Jeans or skirts.
