June Holidays - Parent & Child Classes

A family of dancers and drummers? This sounds like one of those interesting family we see on TV and read on newspaper. You can create such a family by introducing a new activity for every member of the family. Ideally if you have a daughter & son, mother can bellydance with daughter while father drums with the son. If not, let the father drums while his missies dance on his rhythms OR mother dances on her big & small boys’ drumming. Or even vise versa!

Bellydance Discovery offers bellydance & Middle-East drumming classes for the family at the same time exclusively only for this June holidays. Both dance and drum classes (2hrs per class) will commerce at the same day & time but in a separate room. At end of each class, we will put both together so that you can witness how a family can dance and drum together. Each 2hrs dance class will learn a dance choreography and dance to selected rhythms while each drum class will learn to drum to different selected rhythms.

Children age limit for classes are: 4–12 yrs old (dance) & 4 yrs & above (drum)

Cost:

$65 for a pair of parent & child for 1 class (either drum or dance class)

$120 for a pair of parent & child for 2 classes (either drum or dance class)

$220 for a pair of parent & child for 2 dance classes & a pair of parent & child for 2 drum classes

- Additional pax (adult or child): $20 per class (example: a mother & 2 daughters cost: $50 + $20 for 1 class)

“We highly encourage you to invite your extended family to join the fun. Something like a mother, a daughter and a niece for dance class OR 3 generations, grandfather, father and son can even drum together. If you have a BIG family, we can have the classes exclusively for the family. So, you can see females dancing on the men’s drumming in next family gathering!”
